Home Building Business since 1980

History
Established in 1980.
When it’s been said that it can’t be built, or that it can’t be accomplished within the buyer’s budget, it’s the type of challenge enjoyed by Landon Banks. Landon Banks Construction has proven time and time again that it is possible to build someone’s vision within their budget for a truly custom result.

“We have the desire and ability to reach an idea. If the customer wants a French Country home or a Southwestern home, for example, we’re apt to make something to achieve that look rather than just looking at a standard catalog of products. We work closely with the customer, and together, decide on a creative way to accomplish the look they are after.”

Landon was raised in the home building business. His father, Ray Banks was a builder in Fort Worth. Landon worked for his father's business before branching out on his own in 1980 to start a trim carpentry and custom cabinet business. In 1988 Landon and his wife purchased land in Azle and began building their first home on it. All of a sudden they were back in the home building business with three build jobs sold in their first year. A continuous growth of new population in the Fort Worth and surrounding areas, along with the fine reputation the company has built for itself, has made our company the prosperous business it is today.
